Emergency Community Support
Our Mission
The mission/purpose of the Emergency Community Support Program is to provide follow-up,
continuity and coordination of services to individuals who have been admitted to the Emergency Protective
Custody Program in Region 4.
Emergency Community Support is a short-term program to help transition individuals who have been held in Emergency Protective Custody at Faith Regional Health Services back in to the community.
The program provides ongoing support and advocacy to encourage successful transitioning, and targets the most current needs as determined in the assessment by the Emergency Community Support Specialist and individual.
