The Region 4 Behavioral Health Advisory Committee is responsive to the needs of the community and provides citizens an opportunity to participate in planning, goal setting and service development. Members of the committee advise the Regional Governing Board and/or Program Director on such issues as program plans and priorities, service provision, fiscal policies, goals and objectives and public relations and awareness. They are also involved in Special Committee Projects.
