Region 4 Behavioral Health System is a nationally accredited organization whose mission is to ensure affordable, accessible quality mental health and substance abuse services that meet the needs of the residents of Region 4.
To ensure that services are provided to all 22 counties in Northeast and North Central Nebraska, Region 4 Behavioral Health System contracts with local providers.
